Division of Water’s Hoover Dam Improvements – Part 2
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids until November 18, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern time for construction of the Division of Water’s Hoover Dam Improvements – Part 2, C.I.P. Numbers 690411-100014, the work for which consists of: following new construction, upgrades rehabilitation work and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. The last day to submit Questions pertaining to this invitation for bid must be submitted by November 11, 2026, 5:00 PM Eastern Time via email to [email on the source notice].
The email should reference the project number and the project name. No phone calls will be accepted. Questions will be answered via an addendum issued for the bid.
Typically, questions are held and answered via an addendum posted approximately one week before the bid due date. The department may choose to issue multiple addendums and answer questions more frequently .. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 7600 South Sunbury Road, Westerville, OH 43081 on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 1:30 P.M., Watershed Conference Room.
