Scope 1 - Desert Breeze Aquatics Restroom / Locker Room Remodel
The work consists of the demolition, hauling away, and disposal of all restroom fixtures, sinks, counters, stall partitions, lighting, floor drains & piping, doors, frames, lockers. Provision and installation of all new fixtures (sinks, urinals, toilets & showers) and appurtenances, floor drains and associated piping, stall partitions, ADA shower seating, counters, paper towel and soap dispensers, locker, and LED lighting. Painting, cleaning, and preparation of all tile on floors and walls for new application of coating system provide and install new doors, frames and associated hardware.
Scope 2 - Desert Breeze Aquatic Indoor Pool Tile & Plaster Replacement
The work consists of the demolition of tile and plaster. Removal of existing painted depth markers and safety signs. Inspection of pool and shell integrity and performance of necessary repairs.
Installation of new plaster and tile. Installation of new recess tile depth markers and safety signs. Upgrade of existing drain covers to SOFA certified drain covers and replace inlet covers.
Replacement of all underwater lights.
