1.3.1 During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor shall offer Goods to Authorized Purchaser at prices that do not exceed the prices listed in Exhibit C – Price List. 1.3.2 Contractor understands and agrees the prices listed for each location are firm but may negotiate lower prices with the Authorized Purchaser for a specific location.
The request must show all proposed increases and include support documentation from industry-leading data substantiating the increase. 1.3.3.3 Authorized Purchaser reserves the right to determine whether to agree to a price increase.
