Synopsis Corrosion Control Cart and Electric Hydraulic Power Supply The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to Hydraulics International, Inc., Chatsworth, California (CAGE: 56529) to manufacture, assemble, and produce: Five

1. Corrosion Control Carts, Small Units (P/N: 051497-100, NSN: 4920-01-536-1924) One
2. Electric Hydraulic Power Supply (P/N: 040499-100, NSN: 4920-01-523-5919) This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) E-2D Program (FMS Case: JA-P-CVT) and the France E-2D Program (FMS Cases: FR-P-SBM and FR-P-GXM).

The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
