PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A BIDDER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/

UNLV is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk ("CMAR") to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Science and Engineering Building (SEB) Data Center Upgrades. The Project includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, fire protection, life safety, controls, testing, balancing, commissioning, and integration of new systems with the existing facility infrastructure.

A Mandatory Site Walk will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 8am PST. Meet at the UNLV Science and Engineering Building lobby. UNLV reserves the right to request additional Pre-Proposal Meeting or Site Inspection at a later date.

Parking & Transportation Services and the university police are authorized to enforce the parking rules and regulations. The university police have the additional duty to enforce federal, state, and municipal laws on all UNLV property in accordance with the provisions of NRS 396.325 (https://www.unlv.edu/parking).
