Construction Management & Inspection Services - Cherry Avenue Sewer Improvement Project (SC-0512)
The Work consists of Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Cherry Avenue Sewer Improvement Project. The project includes, but is not limited to: the installation of around 3,100 linear feet of vitrified clay pipe (VCP) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) sewer line and new sewer maintenance holes; removal, replacement or abandonment of existing sewer lines and manholes; dewatering; sewer flow bypassing; video inspection; pavement work; trenching; backfilling and compacting.
Pre-bid conference: Bidders are encouraged to attend an optional virtual pre-bid meeting at 10 am, Thursday Oct. 15, 2026 and must request an invitation to the meeting by emailing [email on the source notice] with the email subject line: "RSVP-CMS Cherry Ave Sewer Project."
