Coffee County CDBG FY25 Street and Drainage Improvements
The Coffee County Board of Commissioners will receive separate, sealed bids until 11:00AM (local time), Wednesday, November 18, 2026, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of Street and Drainage Improvements Second Avenue located in Oak Park Community in Coffee County, Georgia for the county's fiscal year 2025 Community Development Block Grant, Grant Number 25-p-y-034-1-6780 as funded by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Bids will be opened and read.
The meeting will be held at Coffee County Board of Commissioners' Office and will be opened to the public. Proposals can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Mr. Wesley Vickers, County Administrator for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners, 234 West Ashley Street Douglas, Georgia 31533.
Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. Coffee County Board of Commissioners is committed to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing.
This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant. The work to be performed under this contract is under a program providing direct Federal financial assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701 U.
