CITY HALL SOUTH STAIRS CONCRETE REPAIR

The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for concrete repair and restoration of the South Stairs at Springfield City Hall South Entrance. Work includes securing the site, preparing and removing deteriorated concrete, structurally patching and restoring damaged areas, applying a two-part epoxy coating to seal and protect the concrete following completion of the concrete repairs, maintaining safe pedestrian access, and completing cleanup.
