1st Amendment: This is not a solictation. This construction contract was advertised on 2/27/25, BidBuy #25-557THA-ENGCO-B-46665. Bids were received on 4/10/25.

The contract was awarded by the Tollway Board to Martinez Frogs, Inc. on 5/15/25 via board resolution 23011 in the amount of $3,288,237.25. The contract is set to expire on 11/1/26. Due to additional work that was required to correct some unexpected slope bank erosion, a six-month amendment is needed to complete project closeout activities prior to the expiration date.

No additional funds are required.
