CDBG-NR Modular Home Construction – Town of Seaboard

The Town of Seaboard is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition/clearance and asbestos removal of one

existing house and the provision and installation of one
State Building Code modular home.

The project is funded through the Town’s 2021 CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) grant.

Special instructions: Sealed bids will be received at Seaboard Town Hall, 102 W. Central Street, Seaboard, NC 27876. Bids for demolition/clearance and asbestos removal will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2026.

Bids for the State Building Code modular home will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on October 26, 2026. Please see the attached Advertisement for Bids and bid documents for complete requirements.
