CATM Range Cleaning
The 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis / Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the 7th Security Forces Squadron (7 SFS) to conduct market research in accordance with RFO Part 10. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced commercial sources capable of providing turnkey, quarterly indoor firing range cleaning as outlined in the Attached PWS .
This notice is for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Information received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, evaluating potential socioeconomic set-asides under NAICS 562910 (Environmental Remediation Services, size standard $25.0M), and developing the Independent Government Estimate (IGE). Prospective offerors are requested to submit a: Statement of Capability (SOC) and an informal, non-binding Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) ballpark pricing estimate in accordance with the attached Sources Sought document Responses requested to t be submitted via email to TSgt Trevor Finch at [email on the source notice] no later than 9 October 2026 at 14:00 CDT.
