The USDA, U.S. Forest Service, Olympic National Forest is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for three recreation cabins. The contract will be awarded for a Base Period and four Option Periods. The Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract.

Cabin Cleaning, Olympic National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall provide cleaning services for three

  1. recreation cabins on the Olympic National Forest.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. . This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 Janitorial Services The small business size standard is $22 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
