Billerica Senior Center Elevator Modernization Consultant

The Town of Billerica seeks an independent elevator consultant or qualified design team to evaluate the existing hydraulic passenger elevator at the Billerica Senior Center and prepare a complete, competitively biddable modernization package. The selected firm will also assist during bidding and construction. The Town has a preliminary contractor budget proposal of approximately $206,729 dated May 29, 2026.

This estimate is provided for planning purposes only and shall not be relied upon by respondents. The selected consultant shall independently evaluate existing conditions, project requirements, and anticipated construction costs.

Pre-bid conference: Non-Mandatory but Strongly Recommended Site Visit: Tuesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
