BELCOURTALTERNATIVESCHOOL Noticeto Contractors Belcourt, North Dakota Propane System - Request for Bids The Belcourt School District #7 will receive bids on October 20, 2026 for the installationof apropane system for the Belcourt School District #7 Alternative School. Multiple Prime Bids shall separately represent all General, Mechanical, and ElectricalConstruction.Bids shall be receivedat Belcourt School District#7, Attn: Duane Poitra, Business Manager 1207 WilliamHardestySt. Belcourt,ND 58316 until October 20th, 2026 1:00pm at whichtime qualifiedsubmittals will be publicly opened and read.

The project will include: • The supplyand installation of

1. 1,990 gallon propane tanks and vaporizer. • Vaporizer shall be equivalent toAlgas-SDI model TX50with capacityof 2,200 MBH output,5.9 KW on 208/3/60 electrical. • Electrical work associated with the tank installation and connection to the new building’selectrical system. • Propane lines and electrical conduitfrom the tank location to the building already exist. • Installation of 150’ of chain link fencing,6’ high, with one 4’ wide lockable gate.

Fence posts shall be installed into existing asphalt paving. MultiplePrime Bids shall separately represent all General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work and must be accompanied by a Bond payableto Belcourt School District#7 in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.This is to serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a Contract for the performanceof such work if the Contractis awardedto him. Onlybids, whichare accompanied by such bond with associated proof of surety, will be considered.

All bids will be made on the basis of cash payment for such work. After bid opening the Owner will return the bid security of all except the lowest responsiblebidders. When the Contract is awarded, the remaining unsuccessful bidder’s bond will be returned.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to hold the low bids for a period of thirty

Each Contractor shall complywith theTERO Regulationsof the Turtle MountainChippewa Reservation. SinglePrime bidding contractorsshall include an identified 3% Fee based upon their contract quote. Belcourt School District#7 expects all Contractors to utilize to the greatestextentfeasible, Certified Minority Contractors,subcontractors, and vendors in good standing with the North Dakota Minority Contractors Association.Contractors will be responsible for an EPA fee in the amountof 1% of their contractquote.

Plans and specificationswill be available from the office of the Owner orArchitect, Jiran Architects & Planners, P.C.
