To achieve this, the Contractor’s approach must be built on four operational pillars: • Turnkey Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription: The Contractor shall manage both the Indoor (I-AK) and Containerized (C-AK) systems as a complete, end-to-end service.
The systems must independently execute meal production, allowing the Government to recover military culinary labor (92G) rather than reassigning them to operate or clean the contractor's equipment. • Independent In-Country Sustainment: The Contractor must establish and maintain a robust, independent support footprint within the Republic of Korea (ROK).
