Audiology testing & mobile services

The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is initiating this solicitation to obtain bid responses from a bidder/contractor that can provide mobile audiometric testing and hearing conservation training for identified workers as described in The Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 296-817-099. The Department of Labor and Industries provides annual hearing testing for workers subjected to noise exposure to help administer the audiometric testing for the Hearing Conservation Program.
