Initial submission date is 08/10/26 @ 2:00 pm. Contractors may continue to submit the Qualification Application for consideration, as additional contractors may be added during the 5 year contract period. In order to submit a bid for an open project, the Qualification Application must be submitted at least 10 calendar days before the bid due date.
