This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE is for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes and issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10- Market Research, in order to conduct market research.
No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a guarantee to issue a solicitation in the future.
This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification, Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB/VOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS code is 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6550, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Reagents, Test Kits, and Sets.
Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is to provide Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Special Stain reagents for Roche Ventana staining platforms located within the Anatomic Pathology Section of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119. Responses must be received by no later than 16:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Friday, 9 October, 2025.
