NSN 7R-4810-013193027-EL, TDP VER 007, QTY 21 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.

Early and incremental deliveries accepted. All Terms and Conditions are in accordance with BOA: N0038324GBN01 The proposed acquisition is PARTIALLY set aside for small business concerns (see FAR clause 52.219-7 "Notice of Partial Small Business Set-Aside").
