4410--Boiler and Feed Tank Sources Sought

SOURCES SOUGHT for Boiler and Feed Tank: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking business sources qualified to provide some, or all, of the items described in the Attachment. This is NOT a solicitation.

INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL RESPOND BY: Please submit response no later than 3:30 p.m. CT on 10/1/2026. All responses and questions must be emailed to Contract Specialist, Misty Gates at [email on the source notice] and Contracting Officer, Stacy Hoover, at [email on the source notice] must include in the subject line: Sources Sought Boiler and Feed Tank Requirement.

NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:

State if your firm can provide a boiler and feeder meeting the VA s requirements (see requirements in the Attachment). 3. SAM UEI number.

State if your firm is a large business, small business, service-disabled-veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, HUB zone 8(a), women-owned small business or a small disadvantaged business. 6. Provide the country of origin for the equipment.
