The Town of Provincetown ("Town"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the creation of mixed-income ownership housing on two adjacent town-owned parcels located at 26 Shank Painter Road and 15 Browne Street in Provincetown. The developer will be responsible for the design, construction, and development of the units on the property. The Town would like to see a mix of affordability levels, ranging from 80% AMI to 200% AMI.
