2027 Asphalt RFQ
The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners will accept Asphalt quotes until 2:00 p.m. on November 5, 2026 at which time they will be opened for review for the following material:
' Rec4.75mm(Gmix)-SP-Gp2-Lime ' Rec9.5mm(Fmix)-SP(TP1)-Gp2-Lime ' Rec9.5mm(Hmix)-SP(TP2)-Gp2-Lime ' Rec12.5mm(Emix)-SP-Gp2-Lime ' Rec19.0mm(Base/Binder)-SP-Gp2-Lime ' Rec25.0mm(Base/Binder)-SP-Gp2-Lime ' Bitum Tack Coat
Quote responses shall include pricing for a period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. The Successful bidder will be expected to sign a contract with Gilmer County. All questions should be directed to Ryan Steingruber at 706-635-4589 ([email on the source notice]).
Each sealed quote package shall be clearly marked on the outside 'Asphalt Quote' and submitted to the following address:
