The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive annual occupational medical evaluations for firefighters. Services shall be designed to assess fitness for duty; support the early detection of cardiovascular disease, occupational cancers, and metabolic disorders; promote firefighter health and wellness; and reduce line-of-duty illness and death. The selected firm shall provide services that meet or exceed all applicable NFPA-1582/ recommendations, maintain OSHA compliance where applicable, and deliver annual individual health trend analyses for each firefighter, along with aggregate departmental trend reporting to support ongoing wellness initiatives for the City of Rogers Fire Department.
