Matawan NJ 07747 the authority of 41 U.S.C 253-c-1, as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Given the urgency, precision required, the contamination risks associated with improper handling, and the need for continuity in both technique and safety standards, onboarding a new contractor introduces unacceptable risk of system compromise, extended downtime, and potential disruption to SPS operations. For these reasons, no other contractors can feasibly perform the work without significant safety, quality, and operational risks, and the previously engaged contractor is the only source capable of meeting the technical, safety, and emergency requirements of this RO deadleg removal action.
