The Contractor shall provide all the materials, parts, labor, tools, equipment, required to provide technical support and repair of VDATS component parts in support of the 402nd Software Engineering Group (SWEG)/581st Software Engineering Squadron (581st SWES), Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. 1.1 This requirement is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a sixty (60) month ordering period.
In the event any part is determined to be beyond economical repair, where the repair cost will exceed 75% of the acquisition cost for the same part when new, the contractor shall contact the Government Representative for return instructions. 1.3 Shipping/Delivery: Expected repair and delivery timeframes shall be provided when each call/order is placed.
