The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has locations throughout Orange County, CA requiring routine inspection, testing, cleaning, service, certification, adjustment, alterations, replacement, maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency services of: boilers, steam generators, and process heaters, in accordance to all applicable South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), including but not limited to Rules 1146.1 and 1146.2, (attachment D). Scheduled service frequency and tasks to be in accordance with manufacture specifications, recommendations, County tasks and duties, state, federal, local laws and regulatory requirements. . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The proposed schedule below is subject to change. Any changes to the schedule for the RFP process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal.

This is a fully electronic Request for Proposals (RFP). Respondents must submit their proposals online via the County’s online bidding system. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.
