TAMARACK NATURE CENTER GATE AND SIGN
Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Parks & Recreation Department, seeks a capable contractor to complete an entrance gate and arbor to the Discovery Hollow play area within the Tamarack Nature Center in White Bear Township, MN.
The project involves the fabrication of a wooden gate and arbor structure to support a Corten steel sign announcing entrance into the Discovery Hollow play area within Tamarack Nature Center.
Pre-bid conference: NON-MANDATORY A non-mandatory pre solicitation response conference will be held at 230 PM Central time, on October 9th, 2026 at 5287 Otter Lake Road, White Bear Township, MN, 55110. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the work to be performed, answer questions, clarify ambiguities and respond to general issues in order to establish a common basis for understanding all of the solicitation requirements. Individuals needing an interpreter or individuals with a disability needing accommodation should contact the Procurement Specialist identified above prior to the date set for the pre solicitation response conference so that a reasonable accommodation can be made.
Bid bond: 5% of the bid total
