Purpose and Description of Services 1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, trash and recycle bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and disposal services to Caltrans in San Bernardino County.
