The City of Santa Fe, NM (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to rewrite the entirety of the Airport Certification Manual. this shall be in strict compliance to the FAA's Advisory Circular 150/5210-22. The primary deliverable shall be a complete, comprehensive, and professionally organized Airport Certification Manual for Santa Fe Regional Airport, incorporating all applicable FAA Part 139 requirements and the Airport's current operations, procedures, responsibilities, and programs. The final ACM shall be provided to the Airport in an editable electronic format and a final PDF format and shall be suitable for submission to the FAA for review.
The consultant shall make revisions reasonably required as a result of Airport review and FAA review comments as specified in the final contract and scope.
