Project encompasses the provision of all labor, materials, equipment required for two distinct yet concurrent scopes of work:

  1. The replacement of the existing pair of 242-ton outdoor dry coolers and their associated pumping systems with two
  2. new 400-ton outdoor dry coolers;
  3. Replacement of the computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units.

Contract documents for bidders will be available on or after October 7, 2026, via the Authority's website rfp.massconvention.com

Pre-bid conference: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, onsite at the main entrance (Main lobby) of MCEC 415 Summer St, Boston, MA. Bidders will have an opportunity to visit the site of the work after the pre-bid conference.
