Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from well-qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Judicial Center Renovation. The selected CMAR firm will provide preconstruction and construction phase services in coordination with Union County and the County's separately contracted architectural and/or engineering design professional. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
