The Department of Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide High Fidelity Wraparound services to age-appropriate Medi-Cal beneficiaries both within and outside the foster care system. The projected annual allocation for High Fidelity Wraparound services is $108,302,281 for a total contract amount of $541,511,405 for a five-year period.

Vendors must read the attached RFP document and respond to the proposal submission requirements.
