Resident Surveys
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct a survey of City residents through a variety of random sampling methods that result in a confidence satisfaction level of at least 95% with a margin of error -no greater than +/- 5%. Proposers should provide survey respondents with a minimum of two methods for completing the survey which include mail, website, or phone.
