Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, is seeking sources capable of providing proprietary VEMCO-brand acoustic telemetry equipment, manufactured by Innovasea Systems Inc. This equipment is essential for the continuation of a 14-year-long Invasive Carp Monitoring and Response Plan and must be fully compatible and interoperable with the existing VEMCO telemetry network deployed in the Chicago Area Waterways (CAWS) and Illinois Waterway (IWW). The statement must include, at a minimum, the following information: Company Information including Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (Name, Email, and Phone Number). Entity Identification including Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code. Business Size including business size and socioeconomic status under NAICS code 334511 (e.g., Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, etc.).

Authorization including documentation or a statement confirming your company is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized distributor/reseller for the specific VEMCO product line required. Provide evidence of your ability to source and deliver these exact items.
