Proposers may obtain sets of bid contract documents starting on October 7, 2026. Copies may be obtained for pickup at the Winchester Town Manager's Office, located at 71 Mt. Vernon St., Winchester, MA, beginning October 7, 2026, as follows: Monday's 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday's, Wednesday's & Thursday's 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday's 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, or by emailing: [email on the source notice] .

Pre-bid conference: The Town of Winchester will award the contract to the responsible and responsive proposer whose Qualifications Proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the Town based on the evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP.
