Pre-solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to use the procedures in FAR Part 12.204 for the acquisition of these services. The purpose of this notice is to publicize the intension of the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD) to issue a 100 % Small Business competitive solicitation under Request for Proposal (RFP) No.N00244-19-R-0049 through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at link: https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and FedBizOpps Website at: http: www.fedbizopps.gov.
