Purchase Agents for Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On- Line (AFCOOL)_Solicitation

This is an official solicitation for the AFCOOL Purchase Agents requirement. The selected contractor shall be responsible for purchasing all approved civilian and industry credentialing exams, course materials, exam preparation materials, and exam preparation courses/boot camps through various credentialing agencies and vendors on behalf of the AFCOOL Credentialing Program Office.

Program Beneficiaries: Payments for these exams, courses, and materials are strictly for approved enlisted personnel on active duty across the Regular Air Force, United States Space Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard. Solicitation has been posted on SAM.Gov on 08 September 2026 and is under Notice ID Maxwell_AFB_AFCOOL. This posting is to allow vendors to submit their proposals through PIEE.
