Optimized Storage and Replenishment Solution
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions, on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking quotations for an optimized medical-supply storage and replenishment solution, brand name or equal to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System. The requirement includes assessment, design, furnishing and installation of storage components, implementation of two-bin Kanban and barcode-based replenishment workflows, training, transition support, and post-implementation validation.
This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Quoters must qualify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and as a small business concern under NAICS 541614 and must submit the completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form with their quotation.
