Okanogan Soil Remediation Pilot Project

Commerce is reposting this RFP to solicit proposals for a soil remediation pilot project in Okanogan County. The impacted land is currently used by cannabis producers and has been found to have DDT due to its historical usage for orchards, which at the time were treated with DDT and other pesticides.
