ODVA Roseburg Veterans Home CM/GC

ODVA is constructing a third Veterans' Home in Roseburg, modeled after Lebanon's facility. The 14-acre project includes 125k-135k sq ft of small-house buildings with 154 single nursing beds. Early design and grant work are complete.
