ODVA HVAC Replacement for the Lebanon Veterans Home in Lebanon Oregon

Purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to replace the HVAC system and related components at the Lebanon Veterans Home. The work to be performed under Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the Contract in strict accordance with Contract Documents.

Pre-bid conference: Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 7, 2026, at 11am, located at Oregon Veterans' Home 600 N 5th St Lebanon, OR 97355. Please check in at the main lobby and you will be taken to the conference room.
