OCADY's Training Prop Repair and Maintenance

The City of Long Beach Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide maintenance and repair services for the OCADY's Training Prop.

Assessment and repairs to our Ocady's Structural Firefighting training prop located at the Long Beach Fire David Rosa Regional Training Center. This project will include multiple objectives to meet the repairs needed both minor and major. Our goal is to prevent further damage to the existing training prop and allow for continued use and longevity of the structure without the need for complete replacement of the structure.

There are three burn rooms located downstairs, a hallway and entry training room. There is also one burn room upstairs. We are seeking a bid per room, focusing first on the hallway and entry, Since this project will be grant funded, and the project will need to be revisited across multiple funding sources (AKA Grant Years).

Walk through necessary for assessment for scalable project by room.
