The Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) is seeking a commercial internet service provider to supply Wi-Fi services to six buildings. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.

Scope

The service shall provide a minimum of 100/20 Mbps download and upload speed and include a static IP address that is capable of V4 and V6 functionality.
The vendor shall provide a router at each building (6 routers) to manage internet traffic.
