Objectives The purpose of the procurement is to cover all services and support required to provide application engineering services for the MCC information technology environment, operate and maintain MCC’s databases in a secure manner, develop solutions, and provide Tier 3 support across all enterprise applications.
To support this effort, the Contractor shall provide personnel with proven experience working on mature, highly agile product teams with deep expertise in application engineering services including development, testing, business analysis, user interface design, and end-user support.
