Machine Shop Component Parts, Machine Work and Repairs

Provide machine shop services, cylinder head rebuilding, component repair, machining, and long block overhaul services for City of Tucson fleet and Tucson Water engines, including Chevrolet, Waukesha, Caterpillar, Ford, General Motors, and Ram/Dodge engine platforms.

The City of Tucson operates a diverse fleet of vehicles and critical infrastructure equipment that support essential public services. Tucson Water relies on natural gas engines at wells, booster stations, and other facilities to maintain uninterrupted water delivery, while City departments depend on fleet vehicles for daily operations. Timely, high-quality machine shop services and engine repairs are essential to maximize equipment life, minimize downtime, and ensure reliable service to the public.

Vendors with demonstrated expertise in both natural gas industrial engines and light-duty gasoline engine overhauls will best support the City's operational needs.
