The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors electronically via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director online bidding tool. Electronic bids must be submitted, by 10:00 AM Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 for the UGA Tate Center Display Project. Project Description The University of Georgia Tate Student Center is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to install the display and casework per the attached drawings and specifications.
This project will replace old and outdated casework in corridor 399A (bookstore entrance) with an updated, modern design that will pay homage to Dean William Tate and serve as the "front page" of UGA and the student experience.
Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions. Bidding Documents may be obtained through the Jaggaer Sourcing Director online bidding tool.
