Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals required to provide routine, annual, and special Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services in accordance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
Contractor engaged in the live capture, removal, or exclusion of mice or rats must be currently registered with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB). (www.pestboard.ca.gov). Contractor¿s employees/subcontractors performing services must possess and maintain, at all times during the term of this Agreement, a current Field Representative or Operator license issued by the SPCB.
At least one person on staff must be available for performing vector control work and hold a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) (Category A & B license) and/or a Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) (Category A & B license) with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (CDPR).
Bidder shall be a certified small business, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works (SB-PW), or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
