EWEB RFP #26-171-PSC Carmen-Smith Mitigation Fund Administrator

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests proposals from firms capable of managing mitigation funds for the purpose of implementing aquatic habitat or water quality improvement projects in the Mckenzie River Basin. The Administrator will identify, manage selection, and distribute funding for selected projects that qualify for mitigation funds. The Administrator will also report annually on expenditures, activities, and available balances.

Pre-bid conference: An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 1:00 PM, October 14, 2026, and will be conducted via a Microsoft Teams meeting. See Section 1.6 of the RFP document for details.
