  1. Lock and Dam 25 is located approximately 61.5 river miles upstream from St. Louis and 241.5 miles above the mouth of the Ohio River.

USACE is requesting review and feedback from interested vendors by the response date and time of this notice to be considered prior to the actual solicitation.
