DOT District Five is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors for Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Right-of-Way Cost Estimates, Right-of-Way Design Support, and Miscellaneous Valuation Support Services.

Qualifications questionnaire and work product sample replies for this project are due no later than September 30, 2026, at 11:00am.

MFMP Transaction Fee:

All payment(s) to the vendor(s) resulting from the contract(s) established by this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the 1% MFMP Transaction Fee unless the transaction is exempt from the Transaction Fee pursuant to Rule 60A-1.032, Florida Administrative Code.
